Rutland EL9065 Premier LB White is a premium low-bleed white plastisol ink developed for printing on cotton/polyester blends, particularly thin, lightweight, and contemporary garments. Its high-opacity formulation provides strong coverage on dark fabrics while helping control dye migration when extreme dye blocking is not required.
Premier LB White is especially well suited for boutique and fashion-oriented printing where a smooth, soft print surface is desired. The creamy, short-body formulation offers excellent printability, low tack, and strong fiber mat-down, helping minimize visible garment fibers while producing a clean, bright white appearance.
EL9065 can be printed as either an underbase or a stand-alone white. Its combination of high opacity, minimal puff, and good bleed resistance makes it particularly useful for thin blends and high-output production environments.

- Thoroughly stir or pre-shear EL9065 before production, particularly if the ink has become stiff during storage.
- Difficulty clearing the screen or ink climbing the squeegee can indicate that additional pre-shearing is required.
- Use a print-flash-print technique for first-down white applications when additional opacity is required.

Rutland EL9065 Premier LB White is a low-bleed white designed primarily for cotton/polyester blends. It provides good dye-migration resistance for many blended garments but is not intended to replace a maximum dye-blocking polyester ink or barrier system.
Garment dyes can vary significantly in migration potential. Always test the intended garment before production, particularly when printing fabrics with aggressive, unstable, or highly migratory dyes.
For difficult polyester garments or applications requiring greater dye-migration protection, use an appropriate Rutland dedicated polyester white or blocker formulated for the specific substrate.
When additional opacity is required, a print-flash-print technique can be used. Avoid unnecessary heat exposure during flashing, particularly when printing garments susceptible to dye migration.
Always verify the complete ink deposit reaches the manufacturer's specified fusion temperature under actual production conditions. Dryer temperature settings alone do not confirm complete cure.
