QCM XOLB-158 Creamy Glacier White – 1 Gallon is a premium low-bleed white plastisol ink designed to deliver exceptional whiteness, strong opacity, and easy printing characteristics. Part of QCM’s Xtra Opaque Low Bleed (XOLB) series, XOLB-158 combines a soft, creamy consistency with excellent coverage, making it suitable for both stand-alone white prints and underbase applications.
Creamy Glacier White is formulated for printing on 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, and fleece. Its bright white appearance helps finished graphics stand out on dark garments, while its low-bleed properties help reduce dye migration on compatible blended fabrics.
The ink prints especially well through lower mesh counts when maximum opacity is required. Its creamy rheology promotes smooth screen shear and easy printing while producing an even ink deposit, making it an excellent choice for both manual and automatic production environments.
XOLB-158 provides an excellent combination of high opacity, soft hand, bleed resistance, and production-friendly printability. It can be used as a bright stand-alone white, highlight white, or as an opaque underbase beneath additional plastisol colors.

QCM XOLB-158 Creamy Glacier White is formulated for cotton and cotton/polyester applications, but polyester-containing garments should always be tested for dye migration before production. Garment dyes and fabric stability can vary considerably between manufacturers, colors, and dye lots.
For maximum opacity, use an appropriate lower mesh count and deposit the ink primarily onto the surface of the garment rather than driving the ink deeply into the fabric. Proper screen tension, off-contact, squeegee pressure, and ink deposit will affect the final opacity and hand.
The complete ink film should reach the recommended 300°F (149°C) cure temperature. Cure performance should be verified on the actual production garment and with the shop's specific dryer conditions.
Always test finished prints for cure, adhesion, opacity, wash durability, and dye migration before beginning a full production run.
